Do I need my own MC/DOT number? +
Not necessarily. If you have your own MC/DOT authority, you run under it and pay our flat 5% commission. But it's not a requirement to work with us — if you just have your own truck, trailer, and CDL, you can dispatch under our company's authority instead, which carries a 4.9–5 star rating. In that case, our 12% commission covers use of our authority alongside full dispatch support.
Do you dispatch anything besides car hauling and Amazon Freight? +
No — we focus exclusively on these two lanes so our dispatchers stay specialized and can get you the best results in each one.
What commission do you charge? +
It depends on your setup. If you run under your own MC/DOT authority, we charge a flat 5% of the gross rate we negotiate for you. If you're an owner-operator dispatching under our authority, the rate is 12%. Either way, settlements are made weekly with no hidden fees.
Can I reject a load I don't like? +
Always. We present options and negotiate rates, but you have final say on every load. No pressure, ever.
Are there long-term contracts? +
No. We operate month-to-month. You stay because the results are worth it, not because you're locked in.
What are your hours? +
Car hauling dispatch is available 8 AM – 6 PM, Monday through Saturday. Amazon Freight dispatch is available 24/7, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
